@@francik4225 You sure? Because when you squat and deadlift you use your legs, you use your legs for a leg drive when you deadlift, and you use your back also when you deadlift, and you use your back to stabilize the weight I would think a strong dead lift would help your squat also.

Is Deadlift necessary for bodybuilding? If I do Bench Press, Back Squat and Bent Over Rows, is it necessary to add the Deadlift for the purpose of getting bigger?

Romanians and stiff legged will be more beneficial for just bodybuilding. Although Ronnie did deadlifts and had a superior back

You certainly don’t need to do it in conventional or sumo. Variations like stiff-leg or romanian deads are pretty good for bodybuilding as they’re less taxing and provide more range of motion, time under tension and all that. All things considered you don’t _need_ to do any of them, but I don’t see why you wouldn’t.

Hey Larry, I’m curious, do you regularly work your neck muscles or do they just get worked from all the compound lifting? I find neck is a pain in the well, neck! It’s awkward tryinv to hold a plate and then do neck curls. Feel like I’m struggling with neck routine, but still want to grow my neck more.
