Calling what manufactures put in cars these days "carpet" is comical. It's more like a felt lining, and I find it much harder to clean. We just bought a new Kia, and that looks very similar (not the floor mats)

The price is too much of an initial investment. My M18 packout cordless vacuum is fine for auto detailing. I have multiple Festool vacs and they are premium products which I would use instead of the cordless double battery unit. For the same money the milwaukee cannot compare in dust collection as compared to Festool or Fein vacs.
