Get your vitamin and mineral levels checked. Among other things, Low ferritin, B12 deficiency, magnesium deficiency vitamin D deficiency, iron deficiency, hypothyroidism can all seriously affect mood. 💝

And remove every lying spirit of fear that the enemy wants to put on you. There is power in the name of Jesus! God has not given you a spirit of fear but love and his sound mind in Jesus mighty name. I was dealing with debilitating anxiety for 3 months straight before I felt the Spirit of God come like a wind and I literally felt a poisonous seed break off my heart and for the first time in 3 months I was filled with peace. One verse that helped me was Psalm 119:41-42 which says 'May your unfailing love come to me, O Lord, your salvation according to your promise; then I will answer the one who taunts me, for I trust in your word.' Another thing to remember is that the truth is what will set you free. Read the Word and ask God to highlight verses so that you can use the sword of the Spirit well. I recommend reading Romans and all of Psalms. Lastly, pray to God with everything you have and your whole heart in desperate anguish... he will deliver you in his perfect timing... and yes he is still with you my friend.

Yes, I think you raise a good point there David when you say 'he will deliver you in his perfect timing.' I have found this to be true in my own experience. As I have meditated on the truths in his word, deliverance has come to me, but not always immediately. Thanks for sharing that...

Morgan, I went through something similar - three months of feeling oppressed following my dad's death. I clung to Jesus with such tenacity although I had lost my faith and kept telling Him that I wouldn't let go. One evening, I heard a word in my mind, 'Relax' and I did. The oppressive feeling left me never to return. I thank God for the experience because it toughened me spiritually. Be tenacious like a bulldog, Morgan. He's got you completely covered. If He is for you, who can be against you?

I've suffered with horrific anxiety and depression since I can remember. There is.a.root cause and it usually stems from childhood traumatic experiences, even if you don't consciously remember them, your subconscious does and it manifests with panic attacks. In my case, I was holding onto repressed memories of being sexually abused as a child by my own father until I was 35 and it finally came out. So much made sense after that. I feel this woman has a lot of digging to do and subsequent healing from whatever she may have experienced.

Battled it off and on for years so intense they were surprised I was lucid when I checked into a Christian psych ward for 2 weeks. God delivered me there, using doctors and a little medicine that I had been too proud to try, but every good and perfect gift comes from God and I gave and give him all the glory. That’s been 35 years ago and I’m still set free. Thank-you, Jesus.

Agree it is concerning because there are tattoo parlors that will subtley insert demonic symbols into tattoos as a form of curse.

Maybe she had them before she gave her life to Jesus..... But if not it's not our place to judge . She's God's child so it's between Morgan and her relationship with Jesus... Let us all encourage one another and not find fault... Sent with love..

@@rubymcferran4296 Definitely true. I know of Christians though, who have had their tattoos removed after salvation because of the very thing I mentioned above. What I said was not meant as judgment but concern because it can be an unsuspected open door to oppression, which is something she has struggled greatly under. 💝 Getting rid of them may help close a door.

"Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light". For a woman to assume the role of pastor is to rebel against God's command, and reject His yoke and His learning. When we step outside God's will, part of us becomes darkness, and we open ourselves up to even more darkness.

I felt that she needs to deal with her tattoes. They are horrible and can couse bondage on her. I hope she will get well.
