@@MrZoranbebek jesus im running 600 out of an 1.8L and drive it mostly daily. There are hundrets of drag cars using Honda Engines for builds beyond 1500 HP. If you only use them for quarter miles, it does work. Drive it for more than 5 Minutes on its peak and the engine is gone. WHAT blows the engine? heat... and prob missing oil but there is a reason downsizing only works to an extend. We have the Boba Golf 1250 HP out of a Golf MK1 Engine. Pretty sure this car does NOT run 1250 on open streets all day long. Show and shine everywhere

Back from my vacation and I see some very nice uploads! Well done Martijn and Max! Well, what a GREAT machine, nice tuning this S2 and also need to say I am amazed by this Gearbox! I'm kinda getting mad a bit, reading some comments while people with like 0 experience are commenting here, having NO IDEA what it takes to drive such car! I own an S2 myself, tuned with similar Performance and I can assure you...most of you can not even imagine what it takes to drive it....you have to understand that this is a manual car with huge HP and single turbo, which means that the power delivery is late and once is there is just INSANE...guys this is no automatic/DSG car which can drive most every "child" reading or commenting here...so reading some people even writing that the driver is bad...is totally CRAZY and UNFAIR!!! This is a car FOR REAL MEN to drive...I drove mine many times, BUT every time you step in you kinda shake a bit "if you want it or not" simple from respect, because of the power delivery it brings! Overtaking the white BMW is my favorite part of the video (thanks for not removing it guys, really!), it just shows the power like explosion once the huge Turbo gets BOOST!! And he drove VERY GOOD!! Used to be in many similar situations myself and IT'S AWESOME!! Have some on tape too and I think I'm gonna upload some soon... Amazed by gearbox, really...in mine I built an original - stock stronger RS2 "CRB" gearbox, but have some problems with it and can not anymore change as good as he can...that's my problem...so I would really like to have a chat with the owner to discuss about it and other things of course... The BMW was merging ahead of him and was driving appropriately. Audi should have kept distance, moved to overtaking lane before accelerating like that.

He already knew what the BMW was doing, and he continued because he knew he won’t crash and didn’t want to stop accelerating. I live in Germany and you can't hit it just anywhere you like. On around 50 percent of the Autobahn is also a speedlimit. Mostly 100-120 km/h. Also your insurance most times doesn't take the cost, if you crash your car and you drove over 130km/h. It's called "Richtgeschwindigkeit", anything above that is on your own risk, more or less. But statistic shows, that it's not less secure to have no speed limit on some stages of the Autobahn, which is good. France has more dead ppl per million than Germany and they have speed limit. Also most crashes happen on the "Landstraße", where ppl are often too fast, even if it's forbidden.

0:40 flutter/surge at 4500+ RPM, crazy. I had a Cupra stage2+ and thought it was crazy I could only put the hammer down above 4000 to avoid flutter, in this car it seems that you need to put the pedal to the medal only above 5500 to be safe.
