The approved monthly Nigerian minimum wage for a person with a 3 children family is only capable of buying 3 or 4 burgers in US or UK. Why won't Nigerians japa? That money can be earned by most people in US or UK in one or two hours.

Naira is presently under valued! What you get with N70k in Nigeria; you can't get with $44 in the USA. Please stop this useless conversion. Any Nigerian that wants to earn dollars should come over to the USA to earn it.

Nigerians shouldn't accept this ABJECT POVERTY WAGE. The government can increase fuel price by 3.5 times, food is 4 times what it was, so minimum wage should be 3.5 times what it was as well, anything less than 105,000 Naira must be rejected.

Jumia has a e-commerce platforms across Africa. It's not owned by Nigerians. Some Nigerians were part of the founders. It's based in Germany. Jérémy Hodara, Sacha Poignonnec, Tunde Kehinde, Raphael Kofi Afaedor founded. It's owned by it's key Investors, MTN was once part of the key investors.
