"Feeling the texture of how people look at each other when they're in love" is a beautiful phrase!

I haven't gone to the cinema very often in recent years, and when I do it's usually to see some Disney blockbuster, but I did manage to see this movie in the theater. It really reminded me how special the movie-going experience can be. A perfect movie.

Gorgeous visuals - also one of my all time favourite film scores

Excellent video! A lovely reminder this movie deserves so much more attention/celebration.

I love this film, and I loved that you referenced Mad Men AND In the Mood for Love. Any chance you'll do a video on costuming in Wong Kar Wai films?

Thanks! I have no current plans to do an ep on Wong Kar Wai films, although that is a good idea!

I have noticed an increase in mustard, rust, and warm green in recent years and I am hoping we're going to have a resurgence of warm color palettes in fashion. I'm very bored with neutrals.

1970s were a nightmare worse than Great Depression of 1929 to 1945.
