A big thanks to all of the other pour artists!
Waterfall acrylics, mixed media girl, and melyd, gina deluca, suave arts and soooooo many more!
Consistency tutorial. Acrylic pouring, fluid art. Ring pour, flip cup. Thinner vs. Thicker paint. Thinner paint for me, and I lose my cell shape and my ring pour shape. Thicker and I keep ring shape and cell shape. Too thick and the rings and cells become hazy.
Colors used: white, cobalt hue, aqua green, paynes grey. Pouring medium: gloss medium, glue all, floetrol, and gac800.
Hope you enjoy the video! Thank you so much for watching. Happy painting!
I am so happy that I found acrylic pouring/fluid art a few years ago. It has helped me in so many ways and it just keeps getting better and better. This visual arts creative outlet has made me so happy. I am loving this abstract art! I hope to keep doing this for years to come! I have always been fascinated by modern and contemporary art. There is something about it that is so freeing and expressive. I love acrylic pouring because I get to experiment and really join the creative side of my brain with the scientific part! There are so many different fluid acrylic pouring techniques out there, so much more to try and have fun with. Make sure you are subscribed to my channel so that you may learn and be creative with me. I love hearing all of your comments. I've watched hundreds of videos since I started pouring just a few months ago - and like you have said, there are many awesome pour artists out there, some of whom you've mentioned. But, I have to say that this is one of the best demonstrations I've seen on paint consistency, thin vs thick...its really helpful!! I would love to see a video on the 'science' of layering for a ring pour, as well as for an ordinary dirty cup. I'm not talking about 'colors' per se, but about light and dark, first in-last out kind of thing - how to get good layering with white in a ring pour. Maybe you've done something like that, but if not, I'd love to see one. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. You do a great job! I'll be watching for your videos...

Yes there is no right or wrong in this everyone uses different paints different pouring mediums that's not what it's about it's about finding out what works for you what consistency works for you and the type of poor that you're doing because I use something different for every single one almost
