I've never watched this show so I don't understand the deadline deal. Why would you create a deadline when you haven't fully inspected the car for possible issues? You don't set a deadline for a complete restoration after a just a simple drive and/or minimal inspection. This is like the most basic rule for any large project in every type of field. After seeing the extensive damage, they should have simply said "If you expect a quality job, the deadline is going to be be pushed back." I'm only 5 min into this show and already sick and tired of the "OMG guyz, the deadline is coming up and we need to hurry!" angle. Something like that could have easily been solved from the start. It's building/construction 101

@@danielmims8467 Yeah, splitting hairs I guess, it’s just one of my favourite ‘exotic’ muscle cars so it winds me up a bit. I mean it’s different to say Nissan, who owned Datsun and Infiniti, or Toyota and Lexus where the same company owned the other brands but you still ordered through the parent company, this was a car manufacturer sold through Ford because it used their Cleveland engine and they would have had some kind of deal done. Still though, they can call it whatever the hell they want, a Pants-Tearer in black, with a hot 500hp 351 is a car I’m going to want.
