It took me a while to find music that fit and wasn't too distracting from the natural sounds and beauty. I'm really glad you enjoyed it!!

This video was amazing!! Can't wait to catch up on the other videos of your trip. Now that you have flown on an airplane to go backpacking.... could you do a video on considerations when you are flying to go backpacking? I went on my very first backpacking trip in 2021 (after watching every single one of your videos!) and my friend and I flew to Utah (very much inspired by your beautiful locations). We had a great trip but there were so many things to think about when it came to flying and preparing for the trip vs. just driving to the location..... fuel, checking a bag, a multi tool, getting water at the location before we set out, making sure we could fly with the stove, etc. Just so many things! I've even forgotten some of it now so having a video to reference in a few years when I'm able to do another backpacking trip would be amazing Love all of your content and appreciate it so much!

Hi Amanda. I am going to Ecuador next fall and my friend and I are looking for a place to stay for a few days to acclimate to the elevation. Would recommend the hostel you stayed at? If so what was its name? Thanks.
