And upon my return to camp, there were my friends splashing about in the stream, and saying how pure the water was, and how you could drink it. So I showed them the video I took of the group of tourists on ponies about 1km further upstream. The ponies were standing in the stream, and two of them were pissing gallons into the clear water. My friends existed the stream post haste, and poured the drinking water over themselves, and slouched out their mouths. Eeewwwww ! Also, there could be a dead animal upstream, and then you get dysentery or worse. Never be tempted to drink river/ stream water. Always filter it.

We took one of our kid friends up in the mountains here in Wyoming to a remote lake. He drank the water and got so sick! Ended up in the hospital. There was a horse trail above which was the source of bacteria

Please try testing the 72 hour should in busy asian countries like India, Philippines, Thailand & Vietnam.

just sad that "ON shoes" produces it's shoes in Vietnam for 19.- USD per piece.......and that from a company owned by Roger Federer, a multi millionaire and also ON shoes today making a couple of million dollars.......while Vietnam still gets paid like sh....t
