When you install the fan blades on the motor use a #3 Phillips head for the blade arm attachment screws. My fan was wobbling and this was the cause.

How do I replace the receiver within the motor assembly? It seems that the motor assembly is not user serviceable and yet I received one. Not sure what to do.

I have this fan and remote, but the remote does NOT have a learn button. It has a DIM/ON dip switch. How do I program that remote? I recall turning it off, then on two times, leaving it on. The light blinks twice in pairing mode, but what do I do with the remote to pair it?

At 5:37 what if I can on power 2 off they are not independent. But 1 light is on, on one but no the other. It's very annoying.

Can you suggest any help about my problem with my fan? It stopped spinning, but will move about an inch only. Do I need a new receiver? If so, where can I purchase just what I need? Calling the manufacture is useless. Thanks!

I just installed mine last night with our electrician. Blades stopped working the minute he left. We can’t get this to work!

@@scottsdalerealestatewithja9900 I wish you a lot of luck Scott. This fan is so expensive to replace, and not it's discontinued. I did call the manufacture and they said it was the receiver. I purchased it for under $80.00, but I've yet to have it installed. It may be the receiver, but possibly the motor.

I hate that this fan needs the remote actually work. If you have a switch panel that has a fan and light switch they’re useless.

Yeah, any modern fan with a remote is super frustrating, especially if you want multiple fans (e.g., on an outside patio) to run to the same switch. So annoying when features just get in the way.

My fan will not spin. Whenever I turn it on it will perform the calibration and move left and right randomly but then it will stop moving. I don’t know what to do!

Its 2023, Why don't they make 'Smart' Fans which can be controlled via an App/Alexa/Google. Its a missed opportunity for this particular fan.

Get a Bond bridge. It will learn any IR remote and allow you to control the device through the Bond app. It will then work with Alexa or Google home for voice control. It made my 15 year old dumb fan a smart one. I can control it with Alexa if I want. We also have ecobee thermostat and sensors. I programmed a bedroom fan to turn on if a room gets above a certain temperature I set if that bedroom has an ecobee sensor in it. You can make all kinds of automations. We just added a second one of these fans to our home outside on the lanai. It's now a smart fan. 😁

Have this fan and it stopped working today. I have tried everything and it won't turn on, the remote looks the same on the front, but back doesn't have the pairing duo switch. Only where you put batteries and a switch for the light on or dim, that's it. Can't try to connect it to an app since I have no QR code. Just frustrating
