People, from what I can determine, they are in Pakistan, set up in a run-down room off the street in a poor community. As you can see, there are no washing facilities, and the barber is using what tools he has. As he has not long started the channel, the future goal maybe to provide a service that includes washing facilities. Well done to the barber for giving the homeless gentlemen a better sense of self. @215February.. Homeless is NOT helpless..!! Living on the streets has to be the hardest, most taxing situation imaginable...certainty not for the faint hearted . It has to take a lot of guts in my opinion... Statistics have shown us that a high percentage of the homeless are there by choice. They prefer rough living, much rather than having the responsibility of being a home owner, tax payer, and conforming to society..😢

You can not wear or wash dangled matted hair as it only would tangle more , it’s the same a washing or wetting a matted dog or or cat , the mats will then be almost impossible to cut or detangle , you must cut off the matted hair first .
