I've travelled from Italy to see this concert. It was a very difficult period of my life, really. I was 20, fighting with a depression state; don't want to give other details but it was very hard. I was at University, really wasting my life. This concert - and the three days that I've spent in Prague with my friends - really gave me a new prespective. I know it sounds a little exagerrated, but I remember vividly that during There There and Lucky I was thinking: "Thats happiness! I have to reorganize my life, so I could be happy again!". Back home, I've change University, I reset my mind and years later I've got my degree in law, and have some little satisfactions as a jazz and ambient musician; I'm living my normal life, with its highs and lows. Thank you Radiohead!

Jonny is one of the most talentd and creative musicians ive ever come across. He may not be th bees knees in terms of technical ability, but as a top notch composer and some kind of musical scientist, the guy cant even be compared. Thats why small thing like recording a loop of a syncopated guitar at 15:38 and thousands of other groundbreaking ideas make Greenwood an absolute joy to listen to and watch live. The man expresses himself through subtle details that are hard to dig out, but once found are golden. True art, what a genius.
@OfficialMyxomatosis4 жыл бұрын
Finally someone else says it!! I feel like the only Johnny worshiper. In my honest opinion, Radiohead is really Johnny Greenwood and Thom Yorke
@keithraileyreyes86073 жыл бұрын
@@OfficialMyxomatosis man that last statement really pains me. The atmosphere that Ed creates? The tasty basslines of Colin? The creative drumwork of Phil that fits really well with the song? I'm a Jonny and Thom worshipper too but bro...
@OfficialMyxomatosis3 жыл бұрын
@@keithraileyreyes8607 I LOVED Ed. I really did (Hail to the Thief tour), but then he did some of the worst interviews for his EOB *shit album and back stabbed his "friends".* They are still discoverable now, but he completely shit on the band saying (and I paraphrase), "All I ever get are the guitar scraps thrown my way from Thom, because Radiohead is 'serving the songs of Thom' *(SO FAR FROM TRUTH as JOHNNY & THOM WRITE IN THAT ORDER! AAARRRRGGGGHHH!),* and my input is always ignored." and, "If I don't leave this band, I will DIE." Then he had the AUDACITY to get all high and mighty about his STYLE OF LIVING BEING BETTER AND MORE HUMANE THAN HIS BANDMATES! With a few small words: _"You know, Wales and that life is so constraining money obsessed. And while they [Radiohead] say they live communal, they are lavish and very restrictive. I had to get away. In Brazil, we live in a _*_remote_*_ village. We travel to check emails. My children go to a local school and had to learn Portuguese through play with the local kids. No lessons. It's perfect."_ His UNGRATEFUL attitude and disgusting shade, plus claiming COVID WITHOUT getting tested *EVER* and touring without getting vaccinated has put me in a position to dislike him as a person let alone remind me that he was never really there to begin with. If you really think about it... *If he was only there to "serve Thom", than everything could have been done with a loop or two with Johnny's MUCH better talent and Thom's vocals. He should be careful... Considering he backtracked a few months into his not doing so well tour and said (after the rest of the band said NO), "Oh, of course Radiohead will tour again. And soon." Johnny, Collin, Phil, and Thom have NO PLANS to tour any time soon.

He’s clearly a musical genius in the true sense of the word. He can pick up any instrument and constantly thinks outside the box, with original ideas. There aren’t many people in the world who can produce things like paranoid android the national anthem AND the musical score to there will be blood and phantom thread. Unique
