Phantom went nearly 700 metres from where I was standing before losing contact and returning home

This is great. I am moving to UB next month, and thinking of buying one of these. Did you get it there, or bring it with you? Also, how long can you fly it on one-charge/ one full battery?

I bought mine in Australia. There is a DJI authorised dealer called Hobbyzone near Peace Bridge but they didn't have the latest model when I looked and they were more expensive A battery lasts about 25 minutes. I suggest get at least 2 batteries

how far can u control ur phantom

I've taken it to 700 metres vertical and 700 metres horizontal in open areas where there is no interference, like where I made this video and in the countryside. I don't get more than about 400 metres in built up areas

nmbileg976 yes DJI Phantom 2 vision plus. I could get about 700 metres vertical and 700 metres horizontal in Ulaanbaatar, but in some locations I don't get as much distance. I think it depends on how much radio interference there is in the area
