So steph i wanted to ask dont you get distracted or tempted by phones and getting in bed Because you know it is very hard to make that concentration. I'm finding it really difficult to get on the track of regular studies as its been a very long break for me I've been away for more than a year now from books And I'm having alot of self doubt and i really want to do it but its just difficult to seat in make that seating hours of productivity.
