It looks interesting though a 50 year old boat requires a close inspection of the bones. Four cabins should definitely be reconfigured to 6 cabins and the lower deck requires a spa with side drop beach club plus toy storage. You didn’t mention retractable stabilizers or a large gyro. Is there DPS? Similarly, one needs some open deck space for both the sun and for Arctic observation. Ragnar is a good design starting point. Are the main engines replaced or overhauled? A yacht needs to be suitable for both the Arctic and the tropics.

Operates without stabilizers, as do most commercial and government vessels. There is a gym on the bridge deck. As mentioned there is more space to be re-purposed on lower decks. Main engine has been serviced and these large Bergens have very long life with scheduled maintenance.
