Did you hook up your 72v to 12v voltage regulator to the positive and negative leads on the controller or the battery itself? I was gonna run head lights and rear light for mine but i cant decide weather just to get a xt90 parallel splitter to power my lights or just get another power source for my lights
@bolectric2 жыл бұрын
Directly to the positive and negative terminals on the Kelly controller. I have a decent capacity pack (29.4Ah | 2,116Wh) and my lights don't draw much power so it's fine for my set up. I'm also about convenience and didn't want to have to maintain and charge another pack lol.
@daflip15002 жыл бұрын
@@bolectric nice thank-you i wasnt sure if hooking my voltage regulator to my kelly controller will effect the the amps drawn from my battery. Did you put any fuses or relays for your lights or just straight up wire them from regulator ?

Is the denzel motor a better motor then the my1020. Does it perform better.

I'd say yes. Overall it's a better motor and performs better. Better build quality and internals. It could also take a lot more heat than the MY1020 and has an integrated heat sink as part of the motor housing.

@@AirTsinelas that's pretty typical when you start modding and use a different wheel set up. Try different spacer and washer combos till you can get it aligned. You can also use something like a ruler or straight edge against the rear and motor sprocket to help you get the proper alignment.

@bolectric Жыл бұрын
@@schmeglyomigy6174 that's actually one the best priced swing arms for what you get as you'll be paying upwards of $400 for something completely custom. The electrocycle swingarm is better as it's slotted so you don't have to run a chain tensioner along with an adjustable brake mount. It also comes with a nice rear axle and axle nuts. Very well thought out and designed piece IMO.
