Why can’t I download the app on my phone ?

I emailed Rawrr and they said they are updating the app and will be publishing it soon. Why are they still selling the BT Dongle if we cant use it. I asked how I return it with no response from technical support.

Where can we order this? I have a 60v 2023 mantis I bought secondhand would I be able to use bluetooth to tune that bike?

You can purchase it from our Rawrr website. We offer two versions: one for 60V and another for 72V bikes. Both will be available starting June 10th. Yes, you can use Bluetooth to tune your 2023 60V Mantis
