Love this. At age 72 I was able to obtain my third stripe as a white belt in Gracie Combatives. I also received a certificate in a sepearate Gracie course called Defense 10. Unfortunately after having a heart attack and having a defibrillator implanted, my cardiologist advised that I would have to give up jiu-jujitsu. Watching Elaine just reminded me of how much I miss it. Wishing her continued success!

I love watching a 5 foot tall woman at 73 demonstrating techniques that would leave a man twice her size at her mercy! She moves like a student half her age! Proof that age is just a number when you remain active and determined! Plus she still looks adorable. ✌️🥋👵
