Food looks good. The cook frying the food extremely good. The only problem after 75 years in the business is to upgrade the prep area .Get steel tables so the guy chopping the onions doesn't get his toes in. Uniform and hair cap for the cooks for the safety of staff and customers. 🇿🇦🙏😋

Really the heaven of pakodas. Hat's off the cook. He never drop the leftover besan in the kadhai . Very excellent. And yes the owner should modernised the kitchen. Because it seems the big selling.
