I really love that the wildlife actually reacts to the aircraft now. Even though some animation cycles are wonky. Now the only thing we need s migrating birds and the possibilities of birdstrikes (or maybe we don't want them...). Or then you could fly along a flock of migrating geese with your paramotor. Would be great in VR.

@waschbaerkaiser I keep hearing this argument, but I'm not convinced it's actually true. When a company like easyjet for example partners up with Microsoft they do that probably with the goal of drawing interests of future pilots. And I venture a guess that they would rather see those future pilots get the oportunity to already train for failure scenarios like birdstrike, instead of worrying about what image it sends when when a virtual model an an easyjet A320 gets hit by a virtual flock of birds.

Nice video. I am the creator of the Gao Scenery. I am very pleased that you like it. There are still a few problems with the library objects and the LOD in MS 2024. There seem to be some missing. But on the whole the integration in MS 2024 seems to be quite good. Thank you for including my scenery in your video.

Wow, new A400M looks amazing. They changed the place for frequency boxes, so we don't need to drop our eyes down to change them, military style small displays for constrains and other stuff are cool too. They can put so many functions isnside of them with little amount of buttons. Loading of the engines with percentages and not some stupid epr. 🤤 Flight path vector is maybe a nice thing but it also can block the view, imagine a car appear on the runway but you cannot see it because flight path vector is too big and blocking the view. I am personally fully ok not to have that thing. And i hope A400M has some counter measures. if it can't attack then should be able to defend it self. Also it will be cool to paint loading of the engines near the lever where a/thrst is written. it will be usefull when all dispays will fail. Military always getting the best technologies first. We probably gonna see new A420 that will replace current planes like A320neo and A350. Damn, i am a bit jealous that you can fly them in a sim and i am not. I can't buy msfs 2024 in my country + there are not a single torrent that can give me an actual game, without asking for developers mode and installing viruses. But what i am sure is that you are one of those guys who absolutely deserve to fly this plane. You can easily fly almost anything without any ATC at all. And this is what military is definitely like.

Hi, I would if I could get my head around the autopilot. That thing seems a complete mystery to me and there are no manuals whatsoever provided.

@@A330Driver According to miltech they havent added VNAV yet but the plane does have LNAV. For that plane you need to set up the altitude and then use V/S mode to ascend or descend, to set up the speed you use the IAS knob and then press on a button that says speed hold or something like that. (you manage manually the speed unfortunately). to follow the flight plan the knob has to be set on MSN (mission) and during landing you turn the knob to ILS/VOR to capture the frequency. TLDR the autopilot is kinda incomplete at the moment with future updates to come.

@@A330Driverthere are manuals, look in the flight sim forums, under polls & feedback there are threads for every included airplane and miltech have posted documentation and brief tutorials as a first comment. The documentation is pretty well written from what I have seen

Hey A330 Driver would you want to show us a video on A321LR ops for transatlantic/Long range ops . TAP Air Portugal has flights from my very own KEWR and KBOS utilizing the Airbus A321LR and I think in the future the A321XLR. And id love to see some ideas on how you'd tackle this. I've attempted a flight from JFK to Spains Madrid El Prat airport on the Airbus A320-251 Neo it did go right and I did arrive some 9 hours later due to slow mach number cruising and I was wondering if I maybe did something wrong or if there are some things to know when I do such flights . I aim to do things right as when I move to Europe I will fly for TAP to hopefully do such flights and I wanna gather all I need to know when it comes to flying the Airbus narrow bodies trans Atlantic

He already said he won't do it. He won't buy it and FSL ignored his requests for a review copy. The FSL release seems to me the most pointless business decision in the history of MSFS. (Apart from the Aerosoft A330 disaster, but that one for the exact opposite reason.)
