I wonder it is why Hindus i.e. pagans are referred to as non-believers and faithless (you are the best teacher for Hindus growing up in the West Swami Ji)

🙏 Namaskar Swamiji. Thank you for another wonderful class, well explained as always. Beautiful beginning of the new chapter. Certainly knowledge is the antidote to ignorance. Therefore sin can be overcome only by knowledge. Even arrogance is not the ultimate cause of sin, I thought that some years ago, but it springs from ignorance. Om Shanti!

Second law of thermodyamics works in absence of external force. Could we understand Ishwara as that external force which leads to self organization?

I listened to a translation of the Bagavad Gita & I took away the eternal struggle of darkness & light. The way out/back Natchekatus's way (done it) yet doesn't seem feasable for over worked N.Americans. synchronicity are pointing to the Upanishads again. Do I need to revisit? Why does Eastern teachings /Hindu,Tao,Zen,Buddhist teachings are more understandable than man monkeyed with "Bible" that's been 400 plus retranslations & not to mention the yearly "secret editing council" so much for their unchanging "word of God". Please advise.

Why don’t you write on the screen the introductory prayer guru does before starting the class? If it’s possible, I’d like to understand completely what he’s saying, thanks!😻

Hi Guruji, thank you for another excellent video as usual! I had one question this time around: In Ch 10, Verse 4, why is the word क्षमा (kshamaa) translated as "patience" instead of "forgiveness"? I always thought क्षमा was related to forgiveness rather than patience. I hope to get some clarification here. Thank you!

I also had another question in addition to that one: In Ch 10, Verse 2, I was curious to find out other meanings of the word विभवः (vibhava) which you had mentioned was another interpretation of प्रभवः (prabhava) from Madhusudhana Saraswati. You had mentioned that one of the meanings of विभवः (vibhava) is "glorious manifestations" of Ishvara. I found another meaning of विभवः (vibhava) as "development, evolution" as well (from Monier Monier Williams). In the context of Verse 2, could it also mean that the hoards of devas, great as they are, don't know the "development" or "evolution" of Ishvara as this manifold universe in addition to his glorious manifestations in the universe? As in, even the devas don't know how, why or into what Ishvara is going to evolve or develop into? Your thoughts here are most welcome! Thanks.

@@galn3668 Dear Gurubhai Gal Time came into existence about 14 billion years ago, when this creation started. So it has a birth . But Ishvara ईश्वर and his powers existed before that. Even devatas देवताः ( gods) had birth after the start of time. But Brahman ब्रह्म , the underlying reality of all existed prior to that. The विभवः vibhav the creative powers of brahaman ब्रह्म were there even before time started. With it only he created सुरगणाः sura -ganāh the gods , maharṣayaḥ महर्षयः great sages. That’s why no one ( सुरगणाः sura -ganāh the gods , maharṣayaḥ महर्षयः great sages) knows the prabhavam, प्रभवम् origin , विभवः vibhav, of brahman ब्रह्म ! ब्रह्म brahman is the source of all. Hope , it might help to some extent. In the context prabhavam, प्रभवम् means origin ( do not know the origon of brahman ब्रह्म as brahman ब्रह्म is anadi अनादि without beginning or origin) and विभवः vibhav, his glories are also अनादि anadi without origin. With lots of positive thoughts and kind regards Sarita 🙏🕉🔔🪔🦢🪷🦢🪷🦢🪷🦢🪷🦢🪔🔔🕉🙏☝️💐🌺🌹🌲🌳
