Swiss Miss also came out with a dairy free hot cocoa packet it’s great taste just like I remember Swiss miss tasting growing up. Also pretty sure Starbucks store bought hot cocoa packets are vegan too. You should check it out!

I've had so many of these and agree with you and I took notes on a few I need to try :) I can also say that the Silk Caramel Non-Dairy Creamer is the BEST, and I really like the Swiss Miss non-dairy packets of hot chocolate too (tastes just like the regular packets we had a lot when I was little).

My FAVORITE dessert: Vegan Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Skillet Ingredients: -Cappello's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough -Oatly Vanilla (but really, any vegan vanilla ice cream will do; I just happen to really like Oatly). I guess you could add fudge? I don't know if there is vegan fudge, like the syrup in a bottle), but when I'm coming home from a really awful day at work, that skillet cookie ice cream dessert is soooo tasty.

I dont know if you've tried it before, I recently found it after going vegan, but Field Roast came out with a frozen Chao Mac and Cheese. kinda pricey but tastes pretty good. Where I live, I dont live close to a Trader Joe's, but I have Stater Brothers. In searching for cream cheese, I found a Tofutti Cream Cheese Alternative there. It's not too bad. But the only thing I've found in that category where I live. edit: I also don't have any Miyoko's or Kite Hill brands where I live
