Is it okay to work out before you eat or after you eat? I am only asking because if I don't eat anything- It seems like I will burn more calories because there is no food in my body....However, after I do my workout - I am putting the calories that I burned back in my body?? >> seems like I am not winning 😔😔

@@betterwithxoxo it's definitely okay to do either! If I'm having a really hard workout later in the day, I prefer to have some more calories and carbs in me to fuel my workout. If it's earlier during the day, I prefer to workout fasted!
