WOW. $750 is 23.000 THB, you should not be paying more than 12.000 THB for that apartment. Sorry but that is just not realistic...

My friend owns 2 condos here. She charges way less than what you paid. I've stayed here for 6months, loved it but it got really hot & had to constantly leave the air con on. The fan didn't really do much.

I didn't hear you say just how small this condo is. I mean small. At $750, that's about 24000 Baht, this is way overpriced. I hope you haven't signed the lease yet. It doesn't sound like I can trust your judgement on anything else. BYE
