There's typo in the description: Lady Luck was released in 1986. Also, Truck Stop *doesn't* use keypad. All 6803 games from *Escape from the Lost World* to *Atlantis* aren't using keypad. Instead, they use initials entry buttons/switches for scrolling through service menu, or to select the new value with Start button to enter the selected menu, or to select the value to change, or to confirm the change to currently adjusted setting. On Truck Stop and Atlantis the initials entry switches are moved to flipper buttons - this makes the service menu somehow work like service menu on Capcom pinball machines. Dungeons & Dragons was the last game using the keypad.

I love it, seriously. But my dream in Midway's games is... ESCAPE FROM THE LOST WORLD !!! So, I wanna say after all theeses words, Your restauration is Awesome ! AGAIN :-) Best regards todd ! ;-)

Yes...only on the 6803 series...perhaps 12 games total...the last three games--Blackwater, Escape Lost World, and Truck Stop---they actually put the same features into the flipper buttons and the start button...terrific update and so easy to run a test!

@@tntamusements Wasn't Dungeons & Dragons the last 6803 game that used keypad? When Bally released Escape from the Lost World, they introduced the menu system, which was advertised as "Easy as 1-2-3". That new menu system was also used on remaining 3 games: Blackwater 100, Truck Stop and Atlantis. The entire 6803 system lineup can be divided into 3 generations. First one was only numeric, starting with Eight Ball Champ, second one was alphanumeric, starting from Motordome, and third one with simpler, keypadless menu, starting from Escape from the Lost World.

In the settings, what does the "German Prize" setting do?
@tntamusements10 жыл бұрын
Clint DeMuro I really do not know....its on all the 6803 games as a setting...anyone know out there?
@smallsoldier16635 жыл бұрын
Bally Wulff made these in Germany with an alternate Translite as "Special Force Girls". The "German Pricing" is a preset to how many credits you will get when inserting your hard earned "Deutsche Mark" (famous obsolete currency and predecessor to the Euro currency). I guess this option is present (not only in this game) because many machines were shipped overseas or even where built here as I mentioned before.

For sure. I never cared for the single bulb backboxes. To boring. I did put a led bulb in the one I had. Had mine fully led except flashers then sold it.

I don't get the keypad thing... Why do you have to enter "65" for everything?!
@tntamusements10 жыл бұрын
mystman12 "65" was Bally's magic number I suppose! Williams used "45" as a master reset for a number of years!
