As a Reading native I gotta go Lonnie, I also think if we can get lowery that makes a ton of sense. We need a bench pg that can run the offense when Maxey is sitting out and lowery is perfect. ⁠​⁠@@TheSyndicate09in an ideal world, yes. There’s a reason why stretch 4’s that can even adequately defend/rebound are a commodity. There’s not a lot of them and they are expensive to acquire. You’re not going to find what you’re wanting with the cap we have left. It’s positionless basketball at this point. If you can acquire shooting like Kennard’s for the min, you have to jump all over it. We may be small rn, but have solid switchability.

It never hurts to have another shooter, all players aren't on teams to play defense it's called role players for a reason, look into the meaning of you can comprehend it, JJ Reddick wasn't a defender either he was here for shooting, most teams have players who can shoot and other who can do both to make up what a non defender lack, again it's called roll players, he would be strictly here for shooting why do you think the hosts said he is a good option it's a reason for that

I’m all for another shooter but Kennard doesn’t fit with this roster. We have enough wings, is that hard to understand? We need a PF who can shoot. We have role players. Everyone on our roster outside of PG, Maxey and Embiid are ROLE PLAYERS. Kennard would get buried on the bench fool.

Don't think you going to see a lotta move for awhile. I think Morey is still working some trade to improve team and that will take awhile at this point. In the meantime half the teams are done - eother hard capped or have full rosters. THe other half have a bunch of teams in the Cooper Flagg sweepstakes (tanking) so not looking for the best players at this point - looking to take on expiring salaries first then fill out with minimums. I would like us to get Lowry and Morris in the meantime knowing they are reliable bench guys. And maybe Bassey (see previous comment). Still need some young size and scoring coming off the bench or starting 4 whic I think is where Morey is targeting a trade.

ATP, you have a good starting lineup: Embiid Caleb PG Kelly Maxey 3 good rotation guys Drummond Council IV Eric Gordon A couple of unknown rookies with upside You need a backup point guard Dennis Smith Jr If we could get another starting caliber PF like DFS would be great, but don’t overspend. Keep options open for trade deadline or buyouts.
