HIDE is applicable to classical Reports only. We don't use in ALV reports.

Hello Shivaji - My first target is to finish all the Core topics of ABAP that includes ODATA also, after that only I will start with ABAP on HANA. Starting CDS and AMDP directly will create lots of confusion, If I will not start ABAP on HANA from scratch.
