It is so good to see David Marks again. I worshiped his show Wood Works back in the day. He is my all time favorite woodworker bar none. Thank you for posting this video!

Oh, how I missed watching David marks at work. Because of David I spent few thousand to build my shop. I had all of the woodworks DVR too bad that I never backed it up and the HD died couple years after his show ended. I made my first table saw sled because of David and I still have it to this day. You're a big inspiration for most of us woodworkers. Hope all is well with you.

WoW 8 years ago, and a great Tour of a fantastic looking work shop. So many ideas one can take from it to adapt to ones own shop 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I used to watch Woodworks all the time! The show was very clean and to the point... I wish they had let more of Davids personality and laidback spirit come through in the show though. Good stuff!

Thanks for the tour, Mark... I've been hoping to see more of David's shop this way and it's also cool to see his off-script demeanor. The man is a genius craftsman and one of my inspirations to be a woodworker. One day I hope to take a class or ten from him.

I dearly miss Woodworks and David Marks. So talented and an inspiration to myself. I have most of his episodes recorded on VHS.

Totally understand. But I just noticed that the ads are not "skippable" so I'll fix that pronto. I don't mind 30s ads but I do want people to have the option to skip.

I nearly cried when I found out Woodworks was canceled. Then I nearly cried when I lost all of the recorded episodes. I learned so much from him. My wife did get tired of me asking her if I could buy a multi router though.

@howser12 Oh.... I was actually doing a parody of Davids old TV show. Sorry for the confusion.

I always liked that aluminum miter sled he had for the table saw.

usually in the woodworking world, lamination refers to gluing multiple pieces of wood together. Nothing like laminating cards. So I honestly don't know how you would achieve that effect.

that's a great shop! If there isn't already, Id love to see a video on those tortion box's, i think that would be a great topic.

10,000.00 question is why did you stop the show? And why dont they do reruns of what you did do? David Come back! This above all was my favorite show over even Norm . Do you have any idea how many people You and norm inspired to do woodworking as both a craft and or hobby? Norm showed us advanced basics, you showed us Wow OMG that's art!

David has his scrap pile hidden, if not 500,000 guys would be digging in it for stuff he threw out. Seriously put that stuff on Ebay and see how fast it sells out.

I had a love hate with David Marks and his show. He'd always whip out a jig for his router and get it done quickly but never showed how to make the jig and I just hated that.
