Previous owner put new gaskets on them and they haven't fit since. Now I have them adjusted properly they fit like a dream. Thanks again!

I’m looking to get some Tee tops to replace a one piece epoxy cover on a 79. I suppose they will need lots of adjustment to fit back in.

was looking for a video with guidance on adjusting fiberglass t-top for improved fitment. Recently received my 1970 vette from paint and body work, the reinstall of the tops may have been a bit rushed. Appreciate the details here, learned a few things that I think will carry over.

Does the glass t tops where the two tabs fit to the center t bar supposed to have plastic or rubber boots? Possibly to keep chrome tabs from getting scratches up? My 81 has none.

I'm having trouble getting the long latch pin to fit in the bushing. I just had a company reseal the glass to the top frame and now the pin won't fit it's about 1/4 in off

yes, or a file. This is only needed in very rare cases. Most of the times you just need to loosen all the hardware.

Dude that is a very broad question. Where's the water coming in? What weatherstrips have been replaced if any? Are they the shitty hard shiny gaskets? Has the car been in an accident? Are the door window parts out of adjustment or worn? Have the T-Tops been adjusted correctly?
