Nice work done there by the 2 of you. That's our next job on our new troopy coming up very soon. Just waiting on decent weather. If you don't mind me asking how long did it take you guys and any moments on the way. Cheers keep up the vids on the build process as it's always nice seeing new troopys getting worked on.

Thank you. It took us 2 half days once we got going. Getting the door trims off could be a bit tricky. The supplied roller can’t be used for everything, we had to improvise with different tools. We bought more foil tape as the supplied wasn’t enough if you want to be comprehensive and OCD. Overall it’s just fiddly and time consuming. All the best on your build.

How much of a difference did it make? Looks like a very thorough job. I am going to do similar in my HJ45 build, hoping it will make having a conversation easier haha

We did notice quite a difference. But we don’t have an after market snorkel and exhaust etc adding more noise to the equation. The sound deadening has stopped a lot of road noise eg rocks hitting the underside and wheel wells.
