Last one year, I’m following your channel and saw almost all videos. You guys know all the new technology and best way to do build a perfect home. But, you have to improve in design and new innovative architecture. Don’t take too negative. Seems, all the homes looks like same one hall, kitchen, few bedrooms. Missing items, Like innovative staircase, multi floor level, different window sizes for air circulation and sunlight not just for design, cost saving methods like iron beam, iron floor, minimizing the interior cost etc. also, green house like indoor garden, indoor real plants, eco friendly constructions etc. This design looks good, still lot of scope for improving it. This design has greens but only few area, water foundation but no innovation on it, customize window sizes but used only for design purpose not designed based on sunlight and air circulation, elevation can improve, roof top can be design better etc. Also, how to reduce construction cost using innovative techniques. Those are just my feedback based on your videos. Hire some new architect and find the solutions for those items. So, it will benefit to customers and your brand.
