Nice expensive house.. Kandippa above 1.5Cr Airkum.. Designs ellam supera irudalum, kandippa maintenance theva.. Home maintenance ku oru aal permanenta pote aaganum, apart from maid.. And oru Security also needed.. The fishtank utility space is very dangerous.. Suppose home la ullavanga yengayachi veli ooru ku poikaanga na, thief can easily cut the roof grills, break the glass and enter the house.. I would basically call this is a 4 star hotel..

Sorry to say.. not good.. it looks like a marriage hall... Door designs not good.. head board shd be align with bed... But its not fit .. feel like less experienced guy build this house.. nothing negative... Just thought to share my honest feedback..owner may spent more money to build this house but design plan looks very bad.. Lift concept good. Front elevation good. Kitchen interior good. I never reckoned this builder

Biggest vasthu mistake.... Two kitchens should not be placed in the same floor area.... Second kitchen should be removed immediately, otherwise the family will get seperated.... Pls avoid these mistakes before construction....
