781 Lagoon Blue Project with H&H external 5 speed with the new parallelogram technology for older and C line Brompton models.
This is part 4 of the project, replacing ACE items with an H&H E hook and Titanium Pedals, we added an H&H Unibody FCB and changed the rear suspension to Ridea carbon suspension PYC Ultra Light 11 speed Black chain to complete the setup.

I use an extra hard rubber suspension from J.K. to make my bike as stiff as possible, when riding. And I don't like loose pedals. Finn. Denmark

That is good choice Finn, you will never go wrong with JK ultra hard suspension for better pedal response, we know the loose pedals is not for all but so far we dont have any problem with the H&H pedals.

@@781BromptonPremiumParts I have seen a wooden block "suspension" for Brompton and didn't know why originally (A.E.)? But the J.K. is reasonable if wanting - some suspension still? I have a large Titanium bolt for my folding pedal to be changed, as I am to change the original, even on a Superlight, "Heavy Metal" clamps holding my mudguards Titanium stays and the guards, to carbon and aluminum (As a "Rainy Dane" I never leave Home without them)! But I expect my Original by then, Top 2019 - Flame painted, Black Version to come even below 8 kilo with the last changes, also a few extra parts on my original brakes, to titanium (Why then buy a T-line, naturally also with mudguards, and less gears?), and a carbon M handlebar! I have seen old bike-parts with a lot of - extra drilled holes in them, for less weight, so maybe it will also be a solution, round on the metal frame of the folding Pedal? I have an efficient drill tower from Bosch. 😄 I also have Ceramic Balls in my Stem and Titanium Crank! Finn. Denmark

By the way I also have an absurdly expensive: "Vincita", padded pouch for the "folding pedal" during transport! It is effective! As also a solid, and also, a soft, German B&W box for travels. It is a "horrible bike", on the small wheels, but for its purpose, transport and storage as folded, it is second to none - except of course the now many, new Asian Copies. But "Those who follow in the footsteps, will never come first"! On the other hand it is possible to buy a lot of finely made, also titanium items for the bike (I have a black titanium seat post, which it is possible to buy in more length versions than the original sizes - and with the Brompton, theft-security bottom)! Near all my bolts, nuts and discs on my bike are now from titanium, as well as the - axle in front! 😄 Finn

@@finncarlbomholtsrensen1188 thats why we are upgrade to our riding preference as the parts comes with it is not that good, all plastic housing and rusty steel bolts, Titanium bolts are great, isn’t it. B&W are the go to bag as well

it's the best otherwise you get a lot of oscillation. spring ones are the worse every downstroke will compress the suspension and waste energy
