yep, can confirm, heartbreaking l too am listening to it on loop while lying down. Sadly I can't throw my people out of my life(emotionally abusive parent who increases my stress 10 fold) my "friends" didn't care when I let down my emotional mask, they felt I was too angry and defensive and tried to abandon me completely, my sibling gave me trust issues. I can't start over, and I can't pick new people. My other parent isn't horrible, I prefer a distant parent to an emotionally unstable and abusive parent.
