Feel like there was a missed opportunity to have the Dioko's internals visible through that glass. Definitely will be waiting for the Dioko full review, also I think it would be very cool to see a comparison between all of Crin's colabs to see how they stack against each other. So i too found my pair to be very strange on the top end - until i turned things up to higher gain. I think similar to planar headphones, these just need a little extra juice to get the most out of them. they sounded much more balanced with a bit more juice. Imaging is pretty eye opening on these for an IEM

it was prob. your ears that work more linear on higher gains rather then the earbuds.

Vulkan's arrived yesterday. It sounded pretty good out of the box. Tip rolling is essential, though. Mids are great, bass is nice and textured, treble is pretty nice, though I wished for more sparkle. I'm hoping some burn-in will help. (I was a burn-in skeptic, but after what happened with my Mest MKII, I am now a believer.)

@@susvara112 The OG is very neutral with some resemblance to diffuse field, the dusk is less shouty and has a little more bass, really depends on what you prefer. Most people do prefer the dusk though.
