Very misleading and unrealistic expectations. A guy with 7lpa in 99.5% cases will not be hired for more than 15lpa . This is not a lottery ... Wrong expectations.

I strongly agree with you. His promotion is misleading, especially since he runs an ed-tech company. Using figures like 50 LPA and 1 crore to attract attention is deceptive. Many newcomers to the industry look at these figures and build their hopes on unrealistic expectations. While these stories may seem motivational, but the sad part is CTC figures.
