One thing you cant be to these kids is their friends... boundaries are extremely important if you "want" respect from the kids then create healthy boundries... now as im finding out as a father your children will in fact disappoint you but you, as the adult its your responsibility to implament the rules and guidlines no matter how the child feels i just say parentes have to do more at understanding their child/children as individuals especially if you have multiple kids

Im 41yrs old back in my day if you got caught with marijuana you would thrown in the youth home for a couple days get put on a thether and ha e to go to juvenile court ever other month on top of you're probation officer going to you're home whenever they want abd if you got caught with a gun it was over you would get 2yrs in the youth home after 1yr of being in the youth home they would check your jacket to see if you were a model inmate and maybe then you would get to go to the movies witb a group or get a weekend pass to go home.. they would also charge your parents an arm and a leg for your duration of time in the youth home..... How are these kids getting off and out of trouble this easy for these violent crimes? They would of put my head in a guillotine.
