There are certain moments in a gamer’s life that will stick with them forever. Whether that’s stomping your first goomba, finding your first diamonds, or finally beating that tough level, we all have them. And one of those moments for me is undoubtedly my first experience with this level. It was so mind-blowing that I could hardly even process the amazing things happening in front of me, not to mention the absolute banger of a song that accompanied it. I just want to thank the Rhythm Doctor team for making this game, and creating a moment that I will cherish for many many years to come.

The characters at this part of the game reminded me a lot of how my fiancé and I met. After finishing this song for the first time I wept genuine tears of happiness at the memories it brought me. I used to play the old old demo (the one that stopped at classy, and had Unwell as a bonus to see how the formula worked with pop music) from years ago during my breaks in high school, then i started university and would occasionally return to that demo for some nostalgia. Then, in my third year, the game just showed up on my steam page. I bought it and this level made me really emotional, it was amazing to see just how far that demo I played as a kid had come, you guys have really made something special here, and I can't wait to see what the future has in store!

I just played this for the first time and I immediately had to come here to comment. This level had me in TEARS and I am not kidding (still only missed 2 beats LOL) There was something SO powerful about that first drop and you realize “ohh THIS is gonna be good” the song, the story, the gameplay, it was executed PERFECTLY especially going in blind. This is one of my favorite moments in any game EVER. It’s so extremely special.

Oh an Unglitched version is a great idea! Yeah some of the glitches were definitely for gameplay fun rather than for listening. I'll take out the volume gates at 2:49 - 2:53, and maybe the vocal stutters that start at the second verse, 1:24 area. Is there any other part that feels too glitchy to you?

@@7thBeatGames Hey again. Well, glitches like the one at 1:33 are not making the song worse, in fact they even add some uniqueness. But I think you should definetely removw glitches at 2:49-2:56, they kinda ruin the whole thing when you are listening at max volume for instance. Such an earache.. Hope you’ll release an unglitched version soon. Thanks!

There's something about this song that hit way way too close. When I bought this game, I was expecting to have fun, but I didn’t expect the kind of reaction this level gave me. This was one of the most amazing things I’ve ever experienced in a game. Had a huge smile on my face every second of it, and that like never happens. Even though I’ve seen very similar ideas in other games (Undertale at the end of a Genocide ending, for example), this was easily the best use of windowed mode I’ve ever seen. Absolutely incredible.

This song hits really deep. Tried this for the first time yesterday. Was in a rut with an addiction of mine I'm fighting. Something about it really helped spark a fire to get it dealt with. Maybe I had forgotten that other people understand what it's like to fight it. Maybe I wanted to lament my situation but didn't have the musical talent to do so. When I heard the lyrics, it felt like it was coming from inside of me. Like this song is what my heart wanted to sing all this time, but couldn't put into words. Definitely going to be listening to this one a lot on my road to recovery. Thanks for this! I get that you were probably just trying to make a fun game, but things like this sometimes have profound effects on people. It certainly did in my case. And for that, I say Bravo!

ok i just finished this level and i gotta say, this is one of the most creative concepts for a video game i have ever played. like, i've played DDLC and experienced the full creativity and computer-fuckery it has to offer, but the mechanics of this level are absolutely incredible and i had a blast playing this level and seeing all the really cool visualiser effects with the window!! not to mention the music is amazing and definitely one of my favourite songs in the game so far! i love the story of two addicts bonding together and overcoming their addictions through music, it's so sweet

I know this is very late but I want to thank you guys for making such an incredible game. ;__; I'm a HUGE fan of games like Rhythm Heaven and wished for so long that another would be released or that there would be a game heavily inspired by it, and finding out about this game has been an absolute TREAT. I found out about it for the first time just this week and it's already made my entire month. I streamed it with my girlfriend on Discord because she unfortunately doesn't have good rhythm so she can't play this type of game without getting frustrated (she's VERY bad at Rhythm Heaven), so I played it for her so we could enjoy it together and we both ADORED it. I also recommended this game to my other rhythm game loving friends, who are both planning to try it out. :) The story and theme behind it was surprisingly deep as well - I have a friend who's a doctor and I honestly felt her struggles, and the struggle of every other health professional out there, through this game. It gave me so many feelings and the songs were an absolute joy to listen to and play (this track in particular being my favorite!!). Just... wow! Thank you for such an incredible game, everyone involved did an AMAZING job and I'm really looking forward to future updates with it!

i am so glad i did not look at spoilers for this level before i was convinced to play rhythm doctor. the first set of levels were enough to convince me it's a great game. This level though, its slow yet stressful tone is something i connect with and the window moving to the beat just creates a extremely fun level for me. also the theme of addiction, i didn't experience it before but i can feel the difficulty of breaking one from the song and the friendship of cole and nicole to try and break away from it, it just feels satisfying. thank you for the amazing songs and experience in this one button rhythm game.

OK man, First off i started playing this game today, like a few hours ago, but daaaaaaaaaaaamnnn this is a litt game, and the music, just mwahhh!! Love you guys, make more games like these!!

Listening this these last couple days for hours now. Song is great.. UNTIL you notice the rest of it as in engineering, lyrics, intonations and even who is singing. Cole has definitely puns regarding coffee and caffeine in his voice lines. He himself is more focused about his "addiction" (which i see more as a coping mechanism regarding his strive for perfection / impostersyndrome) while Nicole uses more lyrics that relate to being trapped once she's the dominant voice. Game is brilliantly engineered tonfit coles heart racing (while he races xD) after thinking about nicole. One small detail though that's so huge about their narrative is however the last line "at least I hope you'll be" which is sung by Nicole who was not a dominant voice most of the song but at this part she was - for Cole it's crystal clear that she is the solution to his problem... Nicole ain't so sure about it.... Which is understandable btw - he gets discharged and her situation is back to before

2:40 and until the end is so good. the screaming glitch at 2:48 is something
