I think I am a 7w8 but my anxiety shows through w6. Very well out video!

New to this but have had a coach assess me as a 7W8 (strong) which i def relate to. I feel I am thoughtful AND intuitive but incredibly annoyed with how slow things travel at work which causes me to speak up strongly. I would like to mitigate this, I'm not sure it's always helpful even tho my colleagues say it is. Thoughts?

I’m 7w8, and I have to say your analysis of the two subtypes is very eschewed in favor of 7w6. Definitely listed more strengths for 7w6 and more weaknesses for 7w8.
