So proud of you young man. You stay true to your goals. You are a great role model for today's youth. Need to get kids moving & sitting around playing video games. You are grounded in the word as well, God bless you man. Keep up the amazing videos.

Ronan, I really enjoyed this video. I like how you are using the new drone to capture the essence of your running / workout. That music was perfect for this video. It made me want to join in right beside you✅👍. Next year will be even more exciting 😁!!! 👣👣💪🏃💯💯💯💯💯💯💯😎.

Good job Ronan. If you're cold running shirtless then I'm freezing my axx off 🥶 Good to see you're measuring the run & staying honest. Nice camera work with the drone. What's a little crashing here & there 😁

It's great you can run outdoors in winter where you live! The sun rises at almost 8am and sets at 4pm where I live. My treadmill gets a good workout in winter. Do you have a dog? When I run outside I usually take mine with me.

Great looking running. The drone work and editing is awesome. This is a nice workout but I ask what are you working out for, a 5k XC race or to run sub 5:00. I hope a 7k workout is more than 7% of your miles for the week, Gotta get that speed work in running at least goal pace.

you should try some vibram five finger barefoot shoes for when they force you to run shod in races. closest shoe to bare feet.

Question, what shoes do you wear and has barefoot running changed your feet geometry? I switched to barefoot zero drops with wide toe boxes a few years ago. I was a size 12 but now I have to get a 14 or 15 when I have to wear typical tight toe box shoes, like at a bowling alley or boots. My feet have splayed out and just don't fit. Not mad about it and never going back as 100% of my feet issues are gone. Just curious what you use when you run as I would like to start running in the spring but can't do barefoot.

@@RonanRuns Awesome! I found a really nice pair of their Prio's that's been in my cart for a while (I am really frugal hippy vegan who doesn't like to spend $ so it's a hesitation purchase lol). Your recommendation will make that transaction complete, thanks! Their website is cheaper than amazon, I am sure they would create a referral link for you to earn a small commission from your viewers who purchase! And same, I have always had trouble finding shoes that are comfy so I just go barefoot when possible. But at 285 lbs, I am not jogging barefoot ha! I would rip my feet up fast ha! TY for the suggestion!

@RonanRuns Yes, like running here from 1:00 on "A Week Of Workouts++.." I quite agree , I ment especially running on asphalt etc. I'm not sure if cushioning is the right word, I,m a Norwegian :) We should all get more in touch with the earth..Also a variety of exercises is good, but I don't have to tell you that.
