Great video, if I remember correctly Jackson County airport sits on the side of a mountain and not long after you take off you have a lot of altitude.

Did you see the mural on the wall of the old terminal at Lunkin.

I saw the old building but we didn’t get a chance to see the mural! We were a little tired and out of it. Good news is we are definitely stopping there again. We really enjoyed the city

Lunken is a great GA airport for downtown Cincinnati. It’s a 10-15 minute Uber ride to the downtown area. We flew in a few weeks ago for a Reds baseball game from the South Bend IN area. We used Waypoint as our FBO. Super nice people. Also the controllers at KLUK are top notch. Class B approach controllers are also really solid in this area. Looking forward to watching the rest in the series. Your flying style is super cool. Keep posting.

Saw my mountain house when you took off from Sylva. You probably have no idea but do you remember the song you played after takeoff? It's perfect for this area.

I have never flown a plane that has autopilot. I want one.

Oh it’s a must have for these longer trips! It was out when I flew to Nashville... and it’s just so draining holding an IFR heading in clouds for hours and hours. Autopilot and turn on some music and you’re good for hours!

I go between late 70s planes and new G1000 CAP planes...the G1000 will spoil you...all you have to do is takeoff, land, and monitor while listening to ATC/XM radio
