After two years of hard work, my Startup has finally reached a point where we can afford on official office building. Today, we tour three spots in the Venice Beach area ranging from $8,000/month, all the way up to $28,000/month! Great video! Looking for the right place can be overwhelming for sure. For the office in Venice that is too big/too expensive, you could always consider subleasing some of the space out until you are able to grow into it! Best of luck!

You and Henry toured an office. The thumbnail was fine, the new title maybe improvement though more clickbaity than descriptive like the last one. Like if you want the success of your interview videos, the why left gold man sacks video, etc. then provide that content, not allude to it via title then have the video being something different Read your comments, Henry made the video better, cutting him out of your thumbnail is meh.
