With due respect, I want to state something related to decorating Kaaba and mosques. I did my life's first ever ziyarah a few months ago. Whichever Hurram I went into, I was in awe to see the gilded palaces like architecture. I'm being very grateful and feel blessed to be there, but somehow, I felt that people in those countries are suffering from poverty, sanctions, etc. The money could have been spent for the deserving ones. When I went to Karbala, I was overwhelmed, still, when I went to see the Khaymah gah or Tilla Zainabia, I wanted to relate to the conditions and the sufferings of those times or to feel the ACTUAL KARBALA, yet I saw the gilded, mirrored palaces. I might be wrong, but do you really think that the masoomeen would be happy with that. They themselves had set the example of modesty for their followers. The places that one could feel closer to reality were Bait ul Amirul momineen in Kufa and Wadi e salam. Could you please share your thoughts on that as well. Regards.
