People dont see that the issue isnt solo dungeons it is the price of the maps. Running .1s instead of .4s makes you profit because .4s are way overpriced for the extra loot bonus they give you.

in Albion loots are like this 0= shit 1=good 0.2 solo dungeons 0.3 mists camps 0.4 open world camps 0.5 knight fall chests and group dungeons 0.6 ava road chests 0.7 medium to large treasure chests 0.8 ava group chests 0.9 to 1 ava raids chests and statics its not matter how much bonus you get even when you get 1000% which is 10x when the loot suppose to be 3k you only get 30k from green chests in solo dungeons

I am a new player and spamming yellow mists right now. Mists itself (with rare bosses) and yellow abbey and I've get much more silver than in black zone. Only fame make sense. One of those dungeons should at least guarantee 80% of the map value back so there is still la risk in buying them but you only lose like 00k if you get a stinker.

u guys have to understand, dungeons loot (solo or group) are full RNG! the best way to do it, is buying 8.1 that is cheap as hell and do a lot of them, i can complete 8.1 dungeons in 8 minutes with tier 8 gear(battle axe). Every chest has a chance to drop top loot but the chances are low.. i had tier 8.3 claws, 6.4 bag and a lot of top gear doing those.. u just gotta be pacient (i got like 1300+ solo dungeons completed).

As much as I love this game, it's really disappointing that despite being (arguably) the most interesting and challenging solo PvE at higher tiers, solo dungeons are just never worth doing for fame/silver. As someone who really enjoys challenging solo PvE, I enjoy solo dungeons but I'm constantly reminded that open world PvE is just way better for time spent vs rewards.

all solo dungeons other than .0 and .1 will always be unprofitable, if they were boosted the maps would drastically increase price until they were unprofitable again, it's completely irrelevant anything else, if you can buy your entrance to the pve content the market will adjust it's price, there is no point in buffing them.

The reason you dont make money is because the maps are overpriced. 6.1 and 7.1 are profitable and while you dont have as high a chance to get juicy 1mil+ chests you are still making decent profit because the map cost is so much lower. I imagine 8.1 would also be the same but I havent personally tried them so I can't say for sure.

main issue right now is gear for these dungeons. I used to farm dungeons with battle axe in full 5.1 and managed to clear 8.0 dungeons. That was when i started playing and had 0 masteries. Now it's 100 mastery on whole set and for clearing 8.1 i need t8 eq set, mostly running in 6.2. Some bosses on epic chests i have to kite a lot till waiting for my cds to engage and then kite again. One boss i didn't even manage to kill (daugher of earth or w/e she's called) i tried till my set went yellow so i had to retreat. The change of difficulty is totally fine in open world, group dungeons and static dungeons, as rewards are there to compensate your risks and amount of silver you have to spend to afford clearing these. Solo dungeons became way more difficult with rewards not even close to be worth running them. Silver? Mists, open world, crafting, even gathering is more profitable. Fame? Same mists, open world and ava roads are way better in terms of fame/hr.
