No, I'm on the fence about that. Getting the base copy took 110 pulls, so I've already used more pulls than ideal. I'm waiting until New Year is close so that I can see what the next banner is and get a more detailed review on Winter Guillotine. I'd love to be able to use Winter Guillotine as a support pair for Phantom, but if she can't do it properly, then I'll probably settle for LB0.
