Whilst his spoken dialogue was indeed replaced upon being recast, O'Creagh's singing was retained in the final version of RDR2. O'Creagh was also an accomplished actor of stage and screen, appearing in such shows as.. _The Late Show with David Letterman, John Adams, Law & Order, Life on Mars, Kidnapped, Orange is the New Black, Master of None, and The Knick._ All things considered, the way Rockstar immortalised him in game was a classy move, and for that they deserve their props.

Another detail for you, Strange Man: Dutch carries a pair of silver and black plated Schofields engraved with gold and silver, both revolvers have pearl grips, they also seem to be slightly worn. A combination of fancy engravings and metallic finishes makes them the best looking guns in the game, half of the gun it's black (representing Dutch's dark side) and the other half is silver (Dutch's good side). The pearl grips represent his honor over the years.

It's possible. GTA5 was released in 2013 and RDR2 was in pre-production by that point. Maybe Dan Houser really liked the name Arthur and stuck with it as the new protagonist for RDR2.

Bill and Micah never really gave a damn about Lenny because he's a colored individual and Bill doesn't like Lenny too much especially Micah who pokes fun of him too constantly. Charles on the other hand does care for his comrades even when they die. he even went as far as to bury all of them while Javier, despite being loyal to Dutch does care. you can hear him say it during when they find John Marston and fishing at chapter 3. and this proves that Javier didn't even point his gun at Arthur during the final chapter.

When I played the mission with Brumas in Rdr2, I was horrified. When it gave me the chance to shoot I only had my sawed off shotgun, so I shot twice and then there was a horrifying 2 seconds from the time I shot to the time the cutscene played.

Not sure if you've mentioned this before, but some might notice that Dutch sounds younger in RDR2, despite the game being made eight years later. This is because his actor, Benjamin Byron Davis, was a heavy smoker back in 2010, but quit between games. This gave him a higher voice, making his job of voicing Dutch in his prime much easier. In-game, the bell at Shady Belle rings differently depending on how you hit it: gun, throwing knife, tomahawk... even the lasso give a small ding.
