Hello Judy, I am 51 years old. And I am gaining weight like crazy. I became of 192 pounds and my height is 5'7". Nothing is working any more and only the abs and the love handles are getting bigger and bigger. My abs and sides are so emberrasing. What work out does really work for those areas? Thank you

Dear Layla, After the age of 50 our body undergoes dramatic changes that lead to an increase in weight in the hips and abdomen due to the decrease in hormone production. You need to talk to your doctor about the possibility of hormone replacement. You need to work on a hypocaloric diet, aerobic and muscle strength exercises for at least 30 min 4 to 5 times a week. @@the5thfloor Thank you so much dear Judy. You are very nice and helpful. I am working out and I do also yoga to help my back pain. But, so far no result. I think because I am on insulin and it increase the weight too. I will follow your videos too.
I walked 20,000 steps a day for 30 days - it worked!
