I’m 70 and have osteoporosis. I’m trying the exercises, but wonder if I should be twisting my spine so much?

Hello Judy, I am 51 years old. And I am gaining weight like crazy. I became of 192 pounds and my height is 5'7". Nothing is working any more and only the abs and the love handles are getting bigger and bigger. My abs and sides are so emberrasing. What work out does really work for those areas? Thank you

Dear Layla, After the age of 50 our body undergoes dramatic changes that lead to an increase in weight in the hips and abdomen due to the decrease in hormone production. You need to talk to your doctor about the possibility of hormone replacement. You need to work on a hypocaloric diet, aerobic and muscle strength exercises for at least 30 min 4 to 5 times a week. You ever tried - Fiairoto Flexing Groundbreaker - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy got great success with it.

A lot of people laugh, but meditation is key to have balance in your life, I actually use the tool from bioenergymeditation.life , It has a free version, but the paid one really helps me to relieve all the stress. Obviously the paid one is better, but the free program could help y’all to start :)
