Hi I cannot recommend anyone, you can either open with any major bank where you can discuss with them you plan so that the financial advisor can tailor based on your financial situation and goal. Also check with brokerage like wealth simple and Questrade. Know their fee, brokerage etc. With regards to kids education outside Canada, yes you can use , the key requirement is that the educational institution must be recognized under the RESP legislation. It's a good idea to check with the RESP provider or the Government of Canada's official list of recognized institutions to ensure the overseas school your child is interested in is eligible under the RESP rules.
